Pick a better sound. I suggest a good synth, that sounds smooth when brought down.

If you haven't seen naruto, the character Orochimaru is pretty evil and his theme truly reflects it. I wouldn't call it gothic, hate that word -.- makes me think of heaps of emos wearing all black. >.>
